Obituary of Rose A. Sobotor

ROSE A. SOBOTOR GOSHEN, NEW YORK Rose A. Sobotor of Goshen died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Elant at Goshen in Goshen, NY. Rose was born in Chicopee, MA the daughter of the late Adelard and the late Auriana (Lussier) Jodoin. She was the wife of Bernard Sobotor. Rose worked for Jarrel Ash in Boston before coming to Goshen. She worked over 30 years for Orange County, retiring from her position as Personnel Officer. She leaves behind her husband: Bernard Sobotor at home in Goshen; brother, Adelard Jodoin of Chicopee, MA and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Irene Omerod, Lillian Shaw, Edna Morin, Janet Fraiser and brother, Omer Jodoin. Visitation will be Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, December 5, at 9:30 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery, Chicopee, MA, Friday, December 5 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
