Freddie, Marie, Marlene, Connie & Georgie, I was so very sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. Growing up, "2 houses" down from yours, I sure did get to know your mom along with all of you. :) Connie, I can always remember coming over & going downstairs so we could get an ice cream out of that "big" freezer! SO many memories of fun times at your house & of your mom always being there & always, always being busy taking care of the family! She was a good, wonderful person but above all, a devoted, loving mom. Even after all these years, she would still send me a Christmas card & I would send one to her. :) Please accept my heartfelt sympathy & know that I am thinking about each one of you. She will be greatly missed!

Dear Marlene and Jordy, and the Prochazka family, My Mom called me last night to tell me of your Mom’s passing….I am so sorry, I know it must be such a great loss for all of you. We are in the state of Florida, which is why I didn’t know and couldn’t be at the wake and funeral. I’m very sorry we weren’t able to be there. I was so very sorry to learn of your loss. I really enjoyed having the chance to know Evelyn. She had such strong energy and a great laugh. She meant so much to my grandmother Irene, and when Irene passed, Evelyn's presence kept a sense of family and connection alive in a deeply comforting way for all of us. Miles and circumstances beyond or control kept us physically apart...but you never forgot us ....and you were never forgotten by us.
