Obituary of Victor F. Quinn

Victor F. Quinn, Jr., 65, of Chester, died Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Victor was born March 1, 1950 in Red Hook, NY, the son of the late Victor F. Quinn, Sr. and the late Dorothy (Sherman) Quinn. Victor retired as a Physical Science Teacher from Minisink Valley School District, Slate Hill, NY and was on the Board of Education for the Chester School District for over 10 years. He is survived by his three sons, who he loved and cherished, Paul V. Quinn and wife Viviana of Allentown, PA, Joseph F. Quinn and wife Ariel of Chester, NY and Anthony W. Quinn and significant other, Susan of Chester, NY; Victor's significant other, Pattie Macchi and her daughter, Elizabeth, who he adored; two sisters, Roxanne Sheldon and husband Gerry of Rensselaer, NY and Suzanne Bergstein and husband Steve of New Paltz, NY; his beloved grandchildren, Zo, Anya, Sophia, Paul Jr., and Grace; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, April 19 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 S. Church Street, Goshen, NY. The funeral will be held 10:30 am on Monday, April 20, 2015 in the Funeral Home with the Reverend David Kingsley officiating. Burial will follow in Chester Cemetery, Chester, NY.
